Bed Frame Conversion Brackets with Hardware

The #711 Bolt-On to Hook-On Bed Frame Conversion Brackets allows the headboard to adjust in height. The #711 conversion bracket has two slots that are approximately 3 1/4" long. These slots provide for the vertical adjustment. The #711 comes as a pack of 2, so if you need the conversion brackets for both headboard and footboard, you will need to get two sets. Each set includes 2 #711 conversion brackets, nuts, bolts, and screws. The #711 conversion brackets have downward pointing hooks.

Bed Frame Platform Queen 5530-500 Naples Queen Bed

This is a great bed, and a great deal. I received the bed within a week. The bed came in three boxes, and I was very impressed with the packing. I have bought way more expensive items not packed even close to how well the bed was packaged. It was very easy to assemble, took about one hour. I am also very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Every corner, every edge matched perfectly when assembled. They even included one extra of every nut, bolt, and screw. It is made of solid wood, no particle board. I am 6'4", 280lbs, and I can tell you this is a solid, sturdy bed. Not a squeak from this bed, even with vigorous activity. I have a 14" memory foam mattress, any smaller I recommend a foundation. I bought six 10', 1" x 4"s from Home Depot and had them cut in half to 60" to make a slat platform base. It worked great. It is also a beautiful bed to look at.

Q: What is the height from floor to the lowest point on the frame? What is the distance between the legs? I need to store a luggage set under the bed.
A: With the Twin XL frame, you have basically two empty sections. Both sections are thirty and three quarter inches (30-3/4") wide, twelve and a half (12-1/2") tall, and thirty six and one quarter (36-1/4") deep. I cannot vouch for any of the other frame sizes. These dimensions do not include the volume covered by the support linkages for each leg, you could use that volume, but not slide things in and out that easy.

Handy Living Full Wood Slat Bed Frame

Q: Do mattresses slide off easily? The picture shows the slats bowing so upwards that I can't imagine a mattress staying in place well, especially... A: My experience is the weight of the mattress will cause it to flatten out a bit, so once you place the mattress you won't see that much space between the mattress and the metal. Also the slat's are not slippery at all, it is uncoated natural wood, so this causes a bit of grip against the fabric bottom of the mattress, so it won't slide off easily. The mattress will feel as securely placed as any other frame.

Let's try this again. Arrived on time but box was in terrible shape. It looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse forever and bugs had eaten through parts. The part of the frame where the headboard attaches was bent so I am not sure how that is going to work. The package was also missing a bolt so I couldn't attach one of the supports. Frame holds up the bed but I expected more. 2K Furniture Designs offered me a refund and asked that I take off the comment.

Q: If using bed frame for a Memory Foam mattress is it better to have a solid, contiguous resting surface (cut to size plywood) versus bare wire base?
A: This frame is designed to be used with a memory foam mattress. Use it as it comes from the box. If you use plywood or other flat surface on the frame, your mattress will slip and slide. The wire grid prevents mattress slide, keeps bedding securely tucked in and safely supports the mattress without damage. My husband and I are very happy with this frame. It will support 2400 pounds of weight. unpacks and is ready to use in about 5 minutes. All you need to do it pull it out of the box, unfold it, attach the 2 wing nuts to the head and foot ends of the center posts. Put on your mattress and bedding. The queen frame weights between 30 and 35 pounds. The delivery box was 12-15 inches deep. You can easily carry the entire boxed frame up the narrowest stairwells. The box was size of a twin mattress folded in half, end to end. We give this product 5 stars for strength, ease of set-up, no mattress slide.

Q: can you just get headboard?
A: no, they don't sell them that way. You can have my footboard if you want. I didn't use it. Your better off going to a furniture store but just buy it and you'll figure out what to do. It stands on its own in the front so unless you have a dog it will be ok. Just remember you have to bend the side in or you will hit your toes. 410 761 3366 glenn

This is a very sturdy frame. All but one of the wood slats were in good shape. Not a big deal. After I put the mattress on and got on the bed, it made some loud cracking noises. It was just the slats pushing into the plastic holders. Painted the room purple and grey and it fit right in.

A: Hi Andrea most beds without a box spring have some form of legs. These are unfinished legs and they are pretty far back and to the sides. From the angle of the photo it shows them more. However with normal bedding that hangs over the sides of the bed it should pretty much hide the bottom angle.
